Returning or Exchanging a Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we apologize for any inconvenience! Kindly review the following information.

● We recommend checking your items promptly upon arrival. In the case of shipping-related damage, it's advisable to take photos and refuse delivery. If damage is observed after delivery, please be aware that most shipping companies typically allow a window of only 2 business days to file a claim for the damage.
● Without exception, items verified as defective are eligible for a refund within a two-week period. Replacements for defective items are offered for either 3 months or 1 year (depending on the item category). In instances where a replacement item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a comparable item at our discretion.
● Should you receive an item that does not match your purchase, kindly inform us, and we will promptly replace it with the correct item at no extra charge to you.

Returning or Exchanging a Non-Defective Item

We understand that preferences can change. If you've made a purchase and later find that you no longer want or like one or more of the items, please review the following information.

● The majority of items can be returned within two weeks for Decor/Holiday items or up to 45 days for Home Lighting Fixtures after receipt, and you will receive a refund for the item's purchase price (excluding any shipping or handling charges), minus a standard 15% restocking fee. Please be aware that items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
● Refunds will not be issued for products that have been used, installed, or tampered with in any manner that hinders our ability to remarket or resell the product. SolarLedWorks.com retains complete discretion in determining the eligibility of a product for return.

  • Upon return, each item will undergo inspection. Items not in new condition may be refused based on their overall condition.
  • In the event of refusal, a refund will not be issued. You will have a 14-day window to inform us whether you wish to have the item returned to you at your own expense or disposed of by us.

● Unfortunately, we do not provide exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different color or size, we recommend returning the initial order for a refund. Subsequently, you can place a new order for the desired item.
● Products marked as "Final Sale" are deemed final and are ineligible for return, refund, credit, or exchange.

How to Make a Return?

● Initiate a return by accessing the Past Orders section on your account page or by contacting our customer service team.
● A Return Confirmation Number will be provided to you by them.
● Send the returning items to the address our team will furnish you. Ensure that you dispatch them within two weeks of receiving them.
● Package all items securely to prevent any damage during shipping.
● Please include your Refund Confirmation Number and/or packing slip to ensure the accurate identification of your returned items.
● Ensure to use a carrier that offers tracking information and insure the package for the value of the item or items being shipped. Regrettably, lost or damaged items during shipping cannot be refunded.
● Refunds will be credited back to the original purchasing credit card within 30 business days from the arrival of the item(s) at SolarLedWorks.com.
